Terms of use for i-Album.info

Eastern Power Development Limited is the legal owner of the Web Sites i-Album.info.
Access and use of any content on these Web Sites is granted under the condition of accepting these terms of use. And these terms of use are accepted by using this Web Site. If these terms are not accepted you should not use i-Album.info
1. Jurisdiction
Eastern Power Development Limited is registered in and operated from Hong Kong. And this agreement will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Any dispute regarding these legal agreements shall be governed, which each of the parties hereby do expressly submit and accept, by the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong’s courts, regardless of conflicts of laws.

3. Confidentiality
Any confidential information obtained by you as a supplier (i.e. when uploading a data file/ data files according to the i-Album.info uploading agreement) or as a purchaser (i.e. purchasing a data file / data files in compliance with the i-Album.info Royalty free end-user license agreement) concerning pricing, marketing, technical and other confidential information, is to be considered confidential. And you acknowledge that such confidential information encompasses valuable trade secrets and is proprietary to i-Album Online Photo Market Platform, and you agree on maintain the confidentiality.
4. Trademarks
The trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos (collectively, the "Trademarks") displayed on the Site are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of Eastern Power Development Limited. You agree that you will not refer to or attribute any information to Eastern Power Development Limited in any public medium (e.g., press release, Web sites) for advertising or promotion purposes, or for the purpose of informing or influencing any third party and that you will not use or reproduce any Trademark of, or imply any endorsement by or relationship with, Eastern Power Development Limited or its licensors.
5. Copyright / Intellectual property rights
All content and functionality on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of Eastern Power Development Limited or the uploading suppliers and is protected Hong Kong and international copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Copyright rights and / or other intellectual property rights
Eastern Power Development Limited prohibits the posting of any information that infringes or violates the copyright rights and/or other intellectual property rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of any person or entity. If you believe that your intellectual property right (or such a right that you are responsible for enforcing) is infringed by any content on the Site, please write to Eastern Power Development Limited at the address shown below, giving a written statement that contains:
(a) identification of the copyrighted work and/or intellectual property right claimed to have been infringed;
(b) identification of the allegedly infringing material on the Site that is requested to be removed;
(c) your name, address, and daytime telephone number, and an e-mail address if available;
(d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted work and/or exercise of the intellectual property right is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
(e) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that the signatory is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed; and
(f) the signature of the intellectual property right owner or someone authorized on the owner's behalf to assert infringement of the right.
Eastern Power Development Limited will remove any posted submission that infringes the copyright or other intellectual property right of any person under Hong Kong or international law upon receipt of such a statement. Under appropriate circumstances, persons who repeatedly submit infringing or unlawful material will be prohibited from posting further submissions. 7. Registration
Each person is limited to one registration, thus one person can maximum have one account. To register two or more times is illegal, and may result in abandon and loss of earnings.

ALL CONTENT AND FUNCTIONALITY ON THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
